So if we inc the firm( now Lendrum Labs) in Canada what will the tax savings be.

Ole' Blue .... Too many are underpaying their "fair share". Tax-dodging (one way or another) is a game many big boys play. Of course, they say they are only taking advantage of loopholes in the tax code. If so, those loopholes should be closed by revising the code.
