Here in the USA we have between 10 and 15 million illegal immigrants, other than a lot of "shouting" about the problems caused by the illegals.

The business of Country moves on without missing a beat. 

The Goldwater institute published a paper showing What the illegal consume was offset by S.S., sales tax, etc. that they paid.

The out cry was so loud that it pulled the Paper.

In AZ at least, it is against the law for a person without papers to receive benefits such as welfare other aid like that.

The illegals here work,  I don't think that going to happen in Europe.

I read the article that you linked. I felt it unworthy of the alarmist nature of "THIS!!". I conveyed that on a message board. I understand you disagree. I read the article. I thought about it enough to comment. I don't see that as metaphorically sticking my head in the sand.

On another note: Was it because of the noise that the boarder was prevented from having guests with which they could engage in sexual relations? I have to ask since you provided no link.

The big difference between the two situations is that those 10-15 million have came over a period of time and a large portion are of the Christian faith.

We are talking about a population almost that size heading towards the EU right now, of which assimilation with Christian values is not on their priority list. The fact that the EU politicians think they will be able to find jobs for these people when their youth UI rate is 25% and higher across the board, is pure insanity.

I would say that you're right about it being alarmist if we were talking about one country, and a group of people fleeing a regional situation. We are talking about razor wire fences and armed guards along the entire east/west EU divide now - as predicted earlier on this thread.

The head in the sand picture was for anyone that doesn't understand that for the next 18-24 months this just gets worse and then we are in a full on global conflict.

I also did not use an Article but a conversation between Bush and my father.  They were talking about West Point and the free 16 inch heavy 50 cal. Rifles ( 50-60) that the army received from the Navy. 
If the Bismarck tried to attack New York or Washington: The deck was not strong enough to repel the Armer penetration power.  The Ford Analogue computers also make a fast long shots that were in fact 3 miles longer then the Bismarck 15 inch . I should also include the Japanese Yomoto Class. The 18 inch was tested for the Supper Dregnot class and Lined to 16 inch.  In fact ( Per my father) that 16 inch was as powerful as the 18.1 inch 45 cal. but the Ford class

The EU has opened the door to Britain sending troops or other specialists to France after an emergency mechanism was triggered for the first time in the bloc's history, Matthew Holehouse in Brussels.

France activated Article 42, a distress call that compels other EU states to send military and other support. It is akin to Article 5, the Nato mutual defence pact.

The funny thing is that these actions could be a stimulant for the French Economy.  Next: Israel years of defending area against  unreal lose of life from bombs is now a real asset.
 A gentleman I meet after 911 at the DFW told me he could not get his family into the USA.  Is this the land of the free? He told me He wanted no more then a good education for his children.  Remember WWII: how did we treat members of a very well educated Japanese - American living in the USA just because they were born in Japan.
