... thanks Ombud (...just got back from vacation Monday nite....ended up with a trip to ER and a one day hospital stay for a series of tests... turned out nothing serious... just exhaustion from a long road trip .....it was totally unexpected....got home at 7pm ...had dinner then showered, took the garbage out get back in... next thing I remember, I was on lying on the floor , my wife talking to paramedics....) 9 |

Uncle, not you too! Falling is not good, done it twice already this year. Make sure you have enough iron in your diet and drink at least 6 glasses of water (in addition to other liquids (coffee/tea, etc.). Lucky not to break bones, or worse. Take care!!

thanks Mod.....first 3 days i ache all over .... now three areas remain painful one spot on back of my head one one the right elbow and one on my right hip... i presume that's where i hit the floor...
getting old is no fun...
