Actually, if there was a prosecutor more concerned with justice than with the politics, she might have obtained a conviction for a lesser charge than first degree murder. I still would have disagreed with the outcome- as it is clear to see, you can be an idiot but not a criminal. However, Angela Corey's flimsy and outright fraudulent first degree murder case left the jury with little choice but to acquit. |

Felony stupid is still not on the books 
But we are past the Martin case- this guy is magnet for trouble. Maybe some of the right wing folks that pranced him around as some kind of hero should re-evaluate their positions.

WFTV looked into Apperson's history with law enforcement and learned he's been arrested at least six times in Seminole County, twice for drug possession in 1995 and 1998, twice for DUI in 2000 and once for trespassing.
Yet he has a concealed carry permit  GO ahead FL and stand your stupid We should do this on TV- thug v. thug and all legal and shit |
