Is there anything you own which you don't want your spouse to touch?
Or anything he/she owns which you aren't allowed to use?
(Cars? Computers? Sports gear? Tools? Etc.)
Does it matter if the things are bought with personal money or joint money?
Does it irritate you or are you fine with it?

The current woman I am dating has yet to be in my apartment. There is only one item I do not want anyone touching. Other than that, they can look at or use anything in there, as long as they are not snooping. On my computer, I usually set up a log in account.

My chef's knives. DH has his own. Other than that, he can touch anything he wants. I just have a thing about those knives, and how they are used and cared for. They were expensive when I bought them, one at a time (they are still made today, and are still expensive, actually).

I can name a couple of things that SF's girlfriend doesn't allow him to touch! She will not let me scratch my knuts when I am at her place. Is that what you are referring?

For me, he better not be trying on my delicates.
DH won't let me touch his coin or stamp collection. Some are quite expensive, and it seems that handling them can affect the value quite a bit.

My tools. My garage is neat, clean and orderly. The tools I use the most are on a peg board above and beside my workbench. I don't mind people in my house using them, but they better put them back where they found them.

Man I wish I could make my computer off limits. She has her own, just so we're clear. It's not even using my computer so much although it can be annoying at times, it's that she always readjusts my office chair and swaps out my headphones for her old ones. When I try on her unmentionables I have the decency to put them back in the drawer, yanno? Would it really be so hard for her to plug my headphones back in, or not screw with my chair when she needs to use my computer?

Nothing is off limits around here. Although if DH ever tried on my favorite Italian shoes I'd be a bit upset- his feet are a lot bigger than mine and he'd stretch them all out of shape!

DH says I can't drive his car.
He has never been like this before. It is a luxury car, and I made a big deal about how much I hated it's handling when he bought it. I do not like it at all. I have no desire to drive it. When my car was out of commish I stole my kid's car.
So anyways I don't know if he was serious or not when he said I could not drive his car. I really did not want to drive it so I did not push it.

Musical instruments- He is not allowed to touch my cello. Full stop. (I have a degree in cello performance and it is the most expensive thing that is mine... including my car). The piano maybe (he only cleans it). I could touch his guitars but don't. I also don't drive his car because it's a stick shift.

My glass of ice water. He rarely drinks water, but as soon as I make a glass he is trying to have some. It skeeves me out and pisses me off. He claims my water always tastes better.
I also hate when he uses my cell phone. He has his own.

I can touch his wallet and I can sit on his office chair.
Me? I can't think of anything. Then again, I don't have that much stuff

Hmmm, don't have a significant other - but I suspect I wouldn't get all territorial as long as he put stuff back where he got it from and/or made sure it was in the same condition (clean) when he got done with it (and put it back). Sure, pull whatever CDs you want out of the 3K plus collection - just put them back in the order they were in! Sure, use the power tools just put them back and don't leave the extension cord in a tangle on the floor when it came off a spool. If he breaks something I would hope he'd say something - not put it back and hope I wouldn't notice. I think I'd be more irrated that he didn't say something (because now I've been inconvenieced cause the thing isn't working and I assumed it would be!) than that the thing was broken. My basic philosopy is if you are gonna make more work for me (clean up a mess or have to search for something because it's not where it should be) I might have to hurt you - and NOT in a good way. Ok, I never let anyone touch my dice - I don't need them 'cursed' and suddenly rolling only low numbers (or high numbers when I need a low number). I don't want my dice trying to kill me!!

I can't stand sharing a bowl of popcorn. I'll split it, but he needs to use a separate bowl. DBF requests that I don't open his mail, which is perfectly reasonable.

DH doesn't drive my car, I don't drive his Jeep. We both prefer it that way DH gets upset sometimes when I eat off his plate, but his food always looks so good! Ohhh and I have a severe addiction to Utz Red Hot chips... they don't sell them around here so I have to order them online (shut up). I do not like him to eat my special chips! He can have the plain Lays we get at Kroger!

I don't like it when other people (DH or kids) dig in my purse. Stay away from the purse!
Also, I don't like when DH borrows my car (fortunately, he hardly ever does!) It's the mess he leaves behind--pop cans on the floor, etc. If he'd leave it the way he found it, I probably wouldn't mind so much.

Pockets. I don’t really know why but going through his pockets (even while prepping to do laundry) feels like snooping to me and I wont do it under any circumstances. Thank goodness he was ‘trainable” because it’s been over a decade since I washed his wallet he left in his jeans last time. And I feel the same way about him going inside my purse. I be happy to show him everything what’s in there, just don’t snoop.

MY FOOD!!!! Other than that I can't really think of anything I'm not allowed to touch or he's not allowed to touch. Then again, we don't go rifling through each other's things.
