Yes, all of us that want to stop the flow of criminals and (so called innocents that break the law coming here) job suckers to the USA, from Mexico and south of it, Africa, the Middle East, China.. yes-- we are racists, all of us. If you say so, it must be true. We do not care. Call us what you want-- just get these flipping illegals out of our country, schools, welfare system, jails, prisons, court systems, job market, etc. SHUT THE FLIPPIN' BORDER!!! ARM THE BORDER. SURROUND IT WITH TROOPS. NO MORE!!

Politicians do not want the border closed. The people living near it do, and, let's face it-- the corruption is SO wide spread now with fake IDs and illegals transported all over the USA by the coddlers, the border is wherever you are these days. If you do not live "on the border" yet, you soon will.

There are two enemies at work here, the external and the internal. The external are the criminals who sneak into our country illegally and try to stay. The internal enemies are the governments of so-called "sanctuary cities", the left-wing so-called "advocacy groups" who support illegals and the liberal voters who continue to stymie efforts to protect our borders...

So simple, isn't it, ed? Yet the ones that support this illegal activity and the billions it costs us, aside from the lives lost-- they will never get it.

You mean like the Texas representative who wants to make it okay to hire illegals as "house workers" ? I'd say they are also part of the problem and aren't interested in giving up their cheap maids & gardeners just because they are illegal. Interesting how the wealthy can have hire illegals and it not be considered a bad thing.

You and the rest of the pro-illegal crowd are on the wrong side of history... Big difference between being pro-illegal and anti-gestapo. Any practice that discriminates against certain American citizens such as this sorry excuse for a law should be stopped. Not my fault 61% of Americans are to dumb to read and understand a law and its implications. Are they racist? Maybe some of them, but they do support a law that will target Americans citizens of a particular race, which makes them pro-racist legislation, making them de facto racists whether they intend to be or not.

'They're ALL racists, right, libs?'
Once again OJ got away with murder by yelling racist.
Mexicans are not the only illegal immigrants in this country. In Arizona we are very aware of illegals and drugs from Mexico. But I know just outside of Detroit is a muslim population that isn't completely legal, and So Calif has a huge asian population in the same situation. How many of these come into the US by way of Mexico I don't know.
I'm just saying that each area of the US has it's own illegal problems and I don't think it's racial profiling. All of us as licensed drivers carry identification with us. And if someone stopped by the police can't produce the correct identification then they should be jailed.
IT'S THE US LAW.

These laws are still unconstitutional, and still a useless smokescreen for the dupes. There has to be a reasonable amnesty, an d a crackdown on illegal EMPLOYERS. See Schumer(/Graham) bill, in 2013. For the billionth time....

Schumer is an idiot who travels our state looking for photo ops, Every time I see an interview, its like watching a circus act. He only wants amnesty for votes, he does not care if it is not in the best interest of our county.

That's the bill that will solve this for good. And he's a great senator. You are sorely misled. Love those rural upstate Republicans...

No it wouldn't. However, if you stopped every adult in the presence of a minor so you could run them against the sex offender database you would be close- you would be more close if adults who go in public with minors were required to carry a certificate stating they were not a sex offender to be presented on demand or face arrest on the assumption they are until proven otherwise.

And if someone stopped by the police can't produce the correct identification then they should be jailed. IT'S THE US LAW. The hell it is. You can live in a police state if you want- there are several available. I prefer freedom and non interference from law enforcement. If I am driving, I will have my license, if I'm not, I may choose to leave it at home-it is my right as a citizen. Coincidently, it the one you want to take away from a particular class of citizens who you would have jailed for exercising the same right you have.

You can't even spell "unconstitutional" without spellcheck let alone understand its application. Take it back to Poland.

States can no longer bear the burden illegals put on society and they are reacting. It is time to end the influx, and deport the ones that are here. Come legally, no problem. Sneak in the back door, and we want you gone!
