Long OUTR (Outerwall Inc. - Specialty Retail)
Same pick as last week from the earnings beat MRQ with recent upward estimate revisions screen. They are raising prices this month and analysts have increased 2015 estimates from $6.57 to $7.61. |

TOL, long I know they are expected to have strong earnings, but I am welling to bet if they just match earnings predictions, they will talk about strong sales going forward in the winter months. Home building is strong in many markets right now in the middle and high end bracket |

AAARGH, I just noticed that CTIX has an ask of 3.40 before the market opens. It closed Friday @3.35... is that considered a gap  If it is I may be in the same boat as last week... The stock does well for the week but my stock pick contest suffers  |

m2w, .... here's some advice from an old man... "beware of all market numbers"... LOL. Verify, verify, verify....
Today, a good example .... I've been trading AEMD some. Totally out of it for about a week; but bought back in last Friday..(few shares). My first click on my Scottrade
account showed me with a huge profit ..... Barchart & Bigcharts did not have the same big bump.... Rechecking the last 30 minutes .... Scottrade still has a big
error in my account numbers. Evidently someone somewhere punched in a very incorrect number. May get corrected before the day's over.

My first choice was going to be Conn. I did not know whether to go long or short. I was afraid to short it on the potential Christmas forecast, and even if they said it was going to be a good Christmas, I did not see a good punch to the upside. They reported today. Down 42%
I chose poorly this week, although my pick is up .93% right now  |

POT only down 3 cents today, so not too bad. Maybe the market may improve tomorrow. Never know exactly what a stock may do in a week's time. Three days still too go. Just trying to get ahead of the BenchMark on Friday.

m2w, you will find in this game some weeks things go your way in spite of a good or bad market scene, othertimes they just turn around and bite you. You made a great pick for this week and most likely on your way to an apparent victory by the close Friday. Perhaps an all-time record if it continues the daily rally in spite of a sour market.
