I've seen research that suggests vaccine use in North America is linked to increased risk of ASD and some childhood neurological diseases. I'm not going to debate you on it here, both because it's a touchy subject for Frank Q and because I believe vaccinating against diseases like Polio and Smallpox is worth the risk.

As for "scientific population control", the discussion would center more around food and container additives (BPA, phthalates, dioxanes, etc.) that effect libido, sperm motility, and estrogen levels in males.

There's certainly nothing preventing AIDS vaccine manufacturers from putting agents in vaccines to lower fertility rates (heaven knows no agency exists to test if such an agent is present). Regardless, this kind of sterilization measure would be expensive and ineffective. The US-sponsored "family planning clinics" (where in true Orwellian style, you plan not to have a family) are presently quite effective at making sure there are fewer AIDS infectees for the world to "deal with".

Yes, because I paint/draw as one of my hobbies and it's a lot easier to get the shading right if I run a photo through the filter ( I did a portrait of my kids and me).
Vexed, but not by a suitor.
