eh. my spreadsheet has it right there. I haven't figured out how to edit the table dimensions cleanly, so if I add that, the interest rates are coming out. 🤷♀️
and I'll let y'all know when I close stuff. I'm not closing anything until I close ALL of whatever is getting closed, so it all lands in one hit to the score. I've definitely said that before, too. one of the things to be closed is the card I just dropped a BT onto. so these accounts will stay open for awhile.

nidena: I am so sorry to hear that. We too put our fur baby down a week ago. Do you have another kitty? We are looking for a dog but our humane society only has dogs with no hair. We had a collie with lots of hair. I like those kind of dogs. And if you go to a breeder they are a couple thousand dollars.
Hopefully your kitty will find my collie and play together on the Rainbow bridge.

Nidena - Why don't you go to the animal control or humane society and look for a new kitty. We were going to do that about our dog but we are going on a trip and didn't want to put the new dog in a kennel until we get back. So waiting and hoping to find the perfect puppy when we are back from our trip. Again, sorry about the boy friend and the kitty.

Hello everyone! I'm so sorry to read about the loss of your pets nidena and muffyinthered. They truly are family and I have no doubt you both gave them very wonderful lives. My first update for the year: I still haven't decided whether to pay off the car yet. I am seeing a lot of people in my industry beginning to get laid off. While I think I am safe for now, I am still hoarding cash. I think I will wait until next month once it's below $3k. Additionally, my dog needs surgery. My 15 year old, blind, now kidney disease free baby (she was late stage 2 but we reversed it!). Low estimate is $2500, high estimate is $4500. Because of this group and my budget, I'm pretty sure I'll be able to pay for it out of pocket without dipping into savings. So that's pretty neat. I thought I hit "post" but maybe I didn't.
I was feeling bummed that I'm not where I planned to be by this time in 2021 but then realized that not only did I spend $1500 on vet bills, that $1500 didn't go towards debt, which means it really was an impact of $3000. So, now, I don't feel so bad about my progress because Buster is not in pain any more.
This stimulus will go towards refi closing costs, paying my auto insurance in full for this six month period, paying off the AmEx.

I was hoping to get them very low but only think that will happen for one and may have to take part of the payment from one towards the other for a couple of months. What would you do?

Not sure what's going on with my Mortgage Loan Officer. It took him a week to get back to me via emails. I thought my rate was locked at 2.25% but, apparently, it's not yet. I'm sure it'll still be sub-3 but it's frustrating. He did say I'll close some time between 3/29 and 4/2.
My stimulus is showing pending so I scheduled a transfer to my Refi Closing Cost account and a payment to my AmEx.

I would transfer them before the promos are invalid and could you combine them onto 1 card? Than I would just really work on paying it off/down as much as you can.
