You mean that she was not drug tested in jail?  Police stated that sores on her face leg and arms, Look at the picture,  Do the effects of meth clear up that fast?

But you are right, cops are clearly full of shit in a lot of cases:

Remember the guy arrested with jolly ranchers after leaving a candy store- thought it was meth.  The guy who had his ass searched for drugs three different ways.  The guy busted for actual dough mix- thought it was cocaine.

I don't know what you see as Meth marks on her face - she's a red-head - so a ruddy complexion in a police photo isn't unusual. It's not like they use the best photographic equipment when taking mug shots.

But she probably should be arrested simply for eating crap in a can.
