There are numerous problems with this case- starting with the 911 caller that changed their story.
First off- Ohio is an open carry state- so like the assholes in TX someone carrying a gun in a WalMart should not be a big deal- yet the white open carry people get handled with kid gloves, and it looks like black open carry people get shot on sight- and also this was not even an open carry situation since it was an airsoft gun off the shelf- which was out of the box but may have still had wrapping on it.
Second- there is video of the whole thing that the police are refusing to release- only releasing their version of events- and the family and their lawyer were allowed to see it. They want it released as well because the claim it shows the man on the phone shopping and getting blasted.
Third- one cop is back on the job already.
So the real question here is who is responsible for another senseless death? The 911 caller? As I recall a 911 caller already had one scary black man killed in NC because he dared knock on the door at night after being in a car accident- and a cop lost it and opened fire.
Maybe the police who were in active shooter mode and lost it- just like the LAPD did when it ventilated the truck of a wrong color that had newspaper delivery ladies in it?
Unless the video shows some average dad intentionally pointing an air rifle at police because- why the fuck not I guess-then several people need to go to jail here.

But it's okay for black people to beat up customers and even employees in the Kroger parking lot. No racism there, is there? Only racism if its white on black crime?
