I'm nuts but I still like TWTR long. I think it'll hit 60 by November expiration dates ... hopefully not more than that as that is my new strike price

Will try DCO (Long). Make a try to stay ahead of the BenchMark this week. Ducommun Inc was founded in California in 1849 and was reincorporated in Delaware in 1970. The Company through its subsidiaries provides engineering and manufacturing services for high-performance products and high-cost-of failure applications used primarily in the aerospace, defense, industrial, natural resources, medical and other industries. The Company has two operating segments; Ducommun LaBarge Technologies and Ducommun Aerostructures.

DHT, long.....another "new to me" one...just playing with these new ones to see what happens.
DHT Holdings, Inc., was incorporated on April 14, 2005 under the laws of the Marshall Islands as a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. It is a crude oil tanker company. It operates a fleet of crude oil tankers which consists of ten double-hull crude oil tankers, of which all are wholly-owned by the company. The fleet of eight owned vessels consists of four very large crude carriers or ‘VLCCs,’ which are tankers ranging in size from 200,000 to 320,000 deadweight tons, two Suezmax tankers or ‘Suezmaxes,’ which are tankers ranging in size from 130,000 to 170,000 dwt and two Aframax tankers or ‘Aframaxes,’ which are tankers ranging in size from 80,000 to 120,000 dwt. One vessel was on charter to a subsidiary of Frontline, two vessels were operated in the Tankers International Pool and one vessel was operated in the Aframax International Pool and four are operating in the spot market. Its fleet mainly operates on international routes and had a combined carrying capacity of 2,380,270 dwt and an average age of approximately 11.0 years as of the date of this report. Its main competitors are other tanker owners, including major oil companies, as well as independent tanker companies. The Company’s operations are subject to international conventions, national, state and local laws and regulations in force in the countries in which its tankers might operate or are registered.

I did during the week of 8/15/2014.
Went back and looked, hard to believe that I have been using AAPL for 20 of the last 21 Weeks.
Anyway for what it is worth, over the last 21 weeks AAPL has managed:
Average Gain % : 0.68% Average Gain $ : $0.65 Average End Of Week Stock Price : $93.99
Of course all the above is on a Split Adjusted Basis.
Seems a good steady nag to ride.
AAPL - (L)

EMKR (long ) Emcore Corp. This stock closed Friday at $5.80; but the huge bump in vol. the last 2 days is what got my interest .... so I'm just guessing this horse is a long shot. From the little research I did they're in the process of changing the CEO. so I'm guessing the stock play is a little difficult to predict. Who? & Why? Portfolio of compound semiconductor-based products for the broadband, fiber-optics, satellite, and solar power markets. Founded in 1984 Hdq. in Albuquerque, N.Mex. 857 employees
Maybe look for me in the basement on Friday. ??

How about; the ever increasing probability that rising interest rates will have a massive deleterious effect on assets across all spectrums? And how about; the serious implications posed by the strengthening USD, with regards to both the commodities complex as a whole & the massively underestimated problems presented by the 6+ years of Inflation suppression due to the FEDs policy actions?
There is really only one thing the FED can do at this point & that is to raise rates; however doing so risks setting off a massive sh*( storm, in which and whereby the FED will have no course other than to try and play catch up..
When We plugged all the available data from the last 6+ years into Our Models and then accounted for the information provided by the St. Louis FED at the beginning of September; well... The word Ugly doesn't even begin to describe what the Models showed, come to think of it We can't even think of a word that describes the result...

This could have several more weeks to run.....spooky. It's hard to see any good news immediately ahead to prop up the market. And the mid-term elections are almost here, which could have some bad effect (who really knows?). I'm just sitting and riding it all out.
