Value Buy circles the field for this week's win. ModE91 rallied to keep the winning margin under 10 lengths and damnotagain was third. Six of nine beat the bench mark. I knew they were reporting this week, and looked at a six month price chart, and thought, if they beat estimates, it might jump $10 or so. I was just as shocked as everyone by the big move after the bell Thursday. I told the wife Wednesday night I picked another cripple this week, and would be dead last. Stock was trading down Monday Tuesday Wednesday, so I thought the fast traders knew something about their quarterly results. Man, everyone that sold early week have to be sick in the stomach. I do not know what the short position was on this stock, but I imagine after it jumped $10 after hours, some shorts had to cover their trade on Friday.
Now if only I had actually bought this thing this week.............
