"............The White House has apparently decided that it won't enforce the unpopular parts of its health-care plan until after the 2012 election. The latest evidence is its decision not to slash Medicare Advantage, the program that Democrats hate because it lets seniors choose private insurance options." "About one of four seniors now favor Advantage and enrollment is rising at 6%, mostly because this coverage functions like the normal insurance they've had all their lives. But Advantage is a threat to liberals , , , because it shows that market pricing and competition are a good alternative to the government control that defines fragmented fee-for-service Medicare and soon ObamaCare." "Yet now the White House's more immediate goal is evading any near-term blame when the seniors who like the coverage they have now are forced to take a bath. The funding boost for Advantage is another temporary concession to the public mood, much like the hundreds of waivers HHS has issued that exempt businesses from certain mandates so they don't coverage......." Do you suppose Obama is getting a bit smarter about the flaws in healthcare bill?

Is this a flaw or just an example of "Don't touch mine"?

Here's an idea, how about they fix the Healthcare bill? Oh right, the HoR is too busy redefining rape and making it harder to have federally funded abortions. And how are they with the jobs, jobs, jobs?

Shinola is a brand of wax shoe polish that was available in the early- to mid-20th century.

I'm not a girl so I don't know about these things, but I wonder if there is, , , or if there should be, , , a limit to the number of federally funded abortions allowed per abortee. Can one of the girls on here tell me? I mean, maybe I can get a federally funded vasectomy. Think about how many abortions THAT might prevent.
Think about it. The practice of having federally funded vasectomies would go a long way towards ending abortions entirely. . . . Wouldn't it?

ObamaCare has been ruled unConstitutional. They can't 'enforce' any of it.

Nancy Pelosi still thinks that passing Health Care was one of her greatest accomplishments and wants that added to her special award that the Liberals in the House are preparing for her. However she and her daughter are still working on the words for this award to make sure they have all of the great things Pelosi did as the Madame Speaker...

ObamaCare has been ruled unConstitutional. They can't 'enforce' any of it. I was ruled unconstitutional by one judge, so his ruling only binds that district. Once it's appealed, that ruling will be binding upon that appellate district. The Supreme Court has the final word, and I'm pretty sure they haven't spoken yet.

Obama also asked the judge to clarify if his intention was to cause an injunction (which he specifically said was not needed), and Obama is moving to force the states to comply. The process is working just like it's suppose to.

U.S. health care law not immune to nullification In their battle against the federal health care legislation, Republican lawmakers in at least 11 states are turning to a centuries-old and rarely used tactic in an effort to wrest power from the federal government. Seven Republicans voted against the nulification bill along with all House Democrats. The Republican-controlled Idaho House of Representatives became the first elected body in the nation to pass a nullification bill on Feb. 16, when it voted 49-20 in favor of a measure to nullify the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. The doctrine of nullification has deep roots in U.S. history. Thomas Jefferson in 1798 first outlined the notion that states have the right to void federal laws that they perceive run contrary to the U.S. Constitution when he argued against Congress' passage of the Alien and Sedition Acts. www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&cd=2&ved=0CCgQqQIwAQ&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.usatoday.com%2Fnews%2Fnation%2F2011-02-28-nullify28_ST_N.htm&ei=3gpsTa-8O5O8sQPG_eimBA&usg=AFQjCNGMAtm7n6eB9Bug4RcIrkjDwfQkCgBoldin said states already have proven their ability to nullify federal law. He points to 15 states that have openly defied federal drug laws by legalizing medical marijuana and 25 states that refused to implement the 2005 REAL ID Act, a law creating a national identification card. "When enough people say no to Washington, D.C., and enough states pass laws backing them up, there's not much Washington, D.C., can do to enforce those laws," Boldin said.

It gets better Until the U.S. Supreme Court says this is unconstitutional, it is the law of the land.
