I thought about sending the meme to my siblings but with the lose of our brother in January, it might not be funny to them. At least not right now.

Since your dad was a dentist, I'm not surprised that he had white shoes. Fits with the times and lifestyle (assumed, of course).
My dad was a firefighter. He loved to golf, hunt and water ski. He had "cordova" (name of the polish he used. Funny, I still remember that.) wing tips. And black work boots. No fashion statements made here.
I had a cousin, who was our dentist for many years. Then one day after work he decided he was done (similar to your brother).
I've always heard it's a very stressful job.

In high school (1965-1969), first it was penny loafers and then wing tip. And Cordova polish was the one for both styles of shoes. A must. I don't think I ever wore tie dress shoes ever again.

Easter was fine, thank you. Had brunch at a restaurant with my adopted family.

I am sure there are multiple studies on it but dentists have the highest suicide rate of all the various medical fields. Best to step away when it becomes too much.

LOL!  That's my kind of meeting!     My meeting today was a one on one with our new director of something something.  When I called in, he seemed a bit surprised when I told him my computer didn't have a camera.  Oh, I could've used my laptop which does have one, but meh.
