I have a well-developed sense of humor that is not sufficiently appreciated in my circle. So, when I die, I want them to play AC/DC’s Hell’s Bells at the interment. That way they’ll for sure talk about me when I’m gone. 😜 As for me,  DH’s daddy’s watch went off during his service. DH and his younger sister thought it was funny. Of course she was 16 and he had the maturity of a 16 year old, that sweet thing. No one else was amused. His dad would have done it on purpose if he’d thought of it. |

No one else was amused. His dad would have done it on purpose if he’d thought of it. Not the funeral, but my DD2 just showed me my dad's watch 2 days ago. It was given to her husband after my dad died. They said it goes off randomly (now and then, not daily) at pertinent times. (the anniversary of his death, things like that, but most are times when something happened- not a time someone could have preset.) I think he likes us to know he's still around. |
