I'M SO EXCITED!!!! My husband wanted to give me a special Christmas 🎁 present, so he gave me 1 dart and a world map!!! he said, "Throw it and wherever it lands we will go there after the Christmas holidays!!!" ✈️


Well, it looks like we’ll be spending 2 weeks behind the fridge!!

Interesting tidbit of trivia. I verified it as fact although Voorhees was the pub manager and not the owner.

When Jaws was being filmed in Edgartown, Martha's Vineyard, a friend of mine asked me if I wanted to fly from Connecticut to Edgartown with him on his plane. His sister was one of the second directors on Jaws. I got to pet the original mechanical shark which was on display in the production office.

True story. The whole city woke up to the worst snow storm/blizzard ever in the month of October, (Oct 17th-18, 1984 - 18.4 inches, over night. Leaves were still on the trees). Broken trees on top of cars. Cars had to be dug out, to be moved. It wasn't snowing when we went to bed. It was great weather, the day before. Totally unexpected. So people were late fore work. We all got in trouble. As if we knew, we needed to get up an hour early, to deal with the snow. SMH and my boss!

As a young tyke, I once stuck a safety pin into an electrical outlet to see what it would do. When I woke up after the jolt I then knew.

As a young tyke, I once stuck a safety pin into an electrical outlet to see what it would do. When I woke up after the jolt I then knew.

My DD1 did something similar, when she was 5. To this day, she swears she didn't put anything in the socket. But there was a black mark going up the wall and she was crying with a blister on her thumb. The socket was next to her bed and she'd gone
to bed, for the night.
Yeah, I still think she touched something.

Did you get knocked out? HOLY MOLY!
The battery on my tongue, was the only thing I did, when my brother talked me into it. I still remember that taste and feeling. YUCK!

Yup-more voltage than my little body could take. But I'm still here!

Maybe that's why young parents baby-proof their homes now-a-days. Good reason.

Got run over by a car while crossing the street in front of my home when I was six-years-old too. Survived that. Being a home owner now, when I mow the lawn and have to step into the street to mow parts of it, I look both ways before doing so. And I live on a cove with little daytime traffic.

And did it ever tell you I got stabbed in the ass by a recently trimmed forsythia bush branch while climbing over a fence? Just another kid accident.
