This thread made me not want to eat much last night so I guess it was a good thing reading all those disgusting food combinations.

The more novel combinations that are out there; the harder it becomes to desire any food that is just itself! I can't remember the last time I had scrambled eggs without cheese, or a burger without bacon. I haven't quite gotten to the wasabi infused portabello glazed rice krispie treats yet, but when I see an appetizer called "bacon bleu risotto fritters" I am amazed.
PS: they were good.

So, watcha waitin' for? Oh, and anything with bacon and bleu (cheese) in it would have to be outstanding.

I'm amazed at where this thread went in the 2 days I was AWOL from the boards. I like to use Muenster on my grilled cheese. WHich WILL be happening this weekend now. And I've been known to put sour cream on my eggs, along with salsa and cheese. The sour cream helps stick the burrito shell together as I've never mastered the art of rolling burritos. So I cheat and either use sour cream or refried beans to hold them together.
