if you mean that the management of the NRA is a lying heap of s*&tsacks, then i agree with you. otherwise, you have THIS to contend with: In 2012, I do think the Good people of the NRA over estimated barry.....They had no idea what an impotent fool he would be in his second term. convince me these "good people" have changed their ways, and they no longer view Obama as the modern equivalent of Stalin, mt.

At one time, the NRA was all about gun control.

At one time, the NRA was all about gun control. and training. they should get back to that. instead, they seem to be interested mostly in driving up body counts.

I'm pretty sure it seems that way to some of the families who have lost loved ones to maniacs with guns ...

without the total eradication of private guns, no one has control over the maniacs that kill with guns. and if every gun was taken out of circulation, the maniacs would use bombs, machetes, or any of a multitude of other weapons.
i think we need maniac control over gun control.
is there a group that stands up for maniac's rights? let's blame/demonize them too.

Maybe there ìs a minority ìn mtman 's town who could use the weapon. Oh wait-there are no minorities in his town (according to mtman) even though his town ìs "90-95% white".

I'm pretty sure it seems that way to some of the families who have lost loved ones to maniacs with guns ... Also seems that way to the past victims of violent crime, rape, and murder etc. in areas where concealed carry wasn't allowed. You know, those crime capitals of the country that for some reason also seemed to have the most restrictive gun laws. Fortunately those areas are becoming more and more rare with the fantastic dedication and legislative success shown by the NRA in regards to gun freedom for law abiding citizens.

Police chief of Detroit was on the news saying violent crime was down thanks to gun owners. That must be very hard to admit that the police can't do much about crime so its up to citizens to protect themselves. I know I feel that way. When seconds count, the police are minutes away.

The NRA isn't all bad. I tend to favor the existance of an organization that encourages facists to put stickers on their cars identifying themselves. It makes it easier to keep an eye on them.

We already know who the facists are. They are always recognizable. Some people like to be led around by the nose by them. Others choose not to and are called names by those who tote the party line. If having an NRA sticker on my car keeps me safer, so be it. But I don't put any stickers on my car, it devalues the car as well as me.

Why would you want to keep an eye on them ? If they were breaking the law in some way I highly doubt having an NRA sticker on their car would advertise this. The only thing the NRA is guilty of these days is an abundance of legislative success's. It's kind of humorous to me that the left side of the aisle that is always pushing for more and bigger government, is so put out when the vote doesn't go their way in congress. The pendulum swings both ways on the big government thing.
