I can only do it to cops who really are incompetent or who have huge egos and get all bent when they get questioned about ANYTHING. Some, it's really easy to do. Others, I can't shake at all. The best part is, I practice in a small area and I know who I'm dealing with ahead of time.

BTW, I used to be a prosecutor. The money and the hours are better in defending.
