Meh - I looked on the map - it seems to be expected to enter over the Atlantic.
As Chicken Little would say, "The Sky Is Falling !!"

Thanks, sigi, I was able to get on your link
I'm guessing the tracking report site is getting lots of users right about now.

Well, we needn't worry, really. Fox News has reported the satellite has already fallen to earth and that most of it disintegrated when it entered the atmosphere. I have no clue what these sites we're watching might be tracking. Could be a seagull, I guess.

the satflare site reports that the sat is down in the water off Antarctica... and promises an update in a bit.

Time to move on to the next imminent apocalypse, again.
(sigh)

We'll just have to await the next "end of the world" pending doom.
Remember the panic about the electronic meltdown when the calendar switched over from 1999 to 2000? There was all kinds of craziness and panic about what would happen.
I went to bed on Dec 31, 1999, and woke up Jan 1, 2000 - the world was still spinning.

On the morning of Jan. 1, 2001, a great many heads were spinning as well.

It's going to disintegrate/burn up - a few small fragments may land, but I don't expect the world or any part of it to be impacted in any way. It's not the first satellite to re-enter the atmosphere - and definitely not the last.
Even cable companies and telecommunications systems are replacing their satellites all the time. The "dead" ones eventually will fizzle out too.
