It seems somebody in the Obama Administration has been playing hanky panky with the rules, and have been, (still are), trying to get exclusive use of satellite signals that power the GPS system. Worse, it may be that they are getting away with it and will shut everybody out that doesn't subscribe to their products. i use GPS all of the time since it's integrated into everything we do. what system do you think time-stamps your bank/atm transactions or allows your cell phone to self update when you cross time zones?
