Anyone ever left a job after only a few weeks?

  If a job isn't right, it isn't right.  The sooner you leave and move on the better it is for everyone including both you and the company who then can find someone who is the right fit.  You don't do anyone any favors to overstay when you don't want to be there anymore.  Jobs come and go.

I agree (scary again!!).  It's better to cut losses and not force the company to invest any more time/money in training you than they already have. 

The hilarious thing is that my soon-to-be former boss (whom I like a lot - I basically took this job to work with and be mentored by her, so it kind of sucks losing that relationship) wants me to work next week.  I had so little work to do last week that I spent huge chunks of time reading in my office.  I mean, what can I really do when I don't know enough to have any real responsibilities?  I helped them develop training decks for what I do know to ease the next person into the role, but that's about all I could do.  I'm not sure what she has in store for me next week.
