There are different classes of guns with different rules governing each of them. Well, that is until someone says that in regards to the Second Amendment and then arms are arms.Ok, let us know the next time a bunch of people are killed with a pellet gun. You guys are taking this to the ridiculous. I'll leave you to it. Oh, and since we're suddenly invoking the Second Amendment so literally here, I guess the gun debate in general is over.......... Obviously a pellet gun is not the choice to kill a lot of people- neither is a derringer. But both can kill. The 7 year old with a 'toy' as it being downplayed as could have killed another child on the bus. That pretty much is the end of the discussion as to whether it should have been a big deal. The mass shooters prefer the 30, 50, 100 round mags- which is of course why the NRA is fighting to keep them legal because we wouldn't want to inconvenience Bubba on the range to have to reload while he is shooting at Trayvon Martin targets. |

Ridiculous huh- so where on the dangerous item list does a pellet gun rank when it comes to a school?
