Still have NOT heard back from the people I called 4/18. Will call them again about 8 am and if I still do not hear back by tonight I will just shred everything. I KNOW transcrips cost BIG. Was $20-$30 per copy back when DD1 was applying to grad school back in 1997. Why the hell would you shred their mail?!?! It's only been one day, calm down. Getting someone else's mail isn't that big of a deal.

If it makes you feel better, marv, that is one area where prices have come down because most transcripts are electronic records now - they don't have to send anyone searching through paper files.
I ordered some last week and they were $6 - $7, so this kid is probably out less than $50 in the worst case scenario.

I've had to put return to sender and put it in a mailbox. If I put it in mine with that on it, it gets left there by mailman. ![](http://images.proboards.com/new/sad.png)

That was yesterday. Maybe the kid was working and got off his shift at midnight. Did you want him to call you then? Maybe they were having dinner together, and turned off their phone and forgot to call you back? In what world do you not give someone 24 hours to call you back? How big is this envelope? I mean, is it eating your house? Why not go over and drop it on their porch, or put it back in the mailbox with "Delivered to wrong address." Why is this such a big deal to you? [/span]
