It is still going great, Oped. Thanks for asking.
Today is actually the last day. Tomorrow I can add in one new food, but I can't think of anything I want, so I may just stick with what I am already doing.
The only "problem" is that I started green juicing on Sunday. It has made me feel great, but I guess all of that fiber has been curbing my appetite and I have lost 3 pounds this week. I am going to stick with the juicing, but add some flax seed oil to my shakes to prevent any more weight loss. This may sound silly, but I am athletic and down to 114lbs at 5'6".
Good luck on your start, Oped! After the first 7-10 days it really flew by and now just seems like a new normal.

I'm doing a little different one, as I'm mostly interested in identifying reactive foods, it allows chicken by the third day, we'll see how it goes

Where are you getting your recipes? From whatever is starting to wilt in my fridge ![](http://syonidv.hodginsmedia.com/vsmileys/shucks2.png) . I limit the fruit/carrots to one serving because of the sugar content and then just throw in my oldest veggies. Yesterday it was peppers, broccoli, spinach, kale, cilantro, green beans and radishes.

I think yogurt is great with a fruit smoothie, but my guess is it wouldn't taste very good with the veggie juice. One good thing is that I only threw out one lemon this week because I was able to juice all of the veggies that I didn't eat fast enough ![](http://images.proboards.com/new/smiley.png)

Ehhh. Ok. I don't feel as good as I hoped. I mean I have moments of clarity and feeling really good, but I guess I was hoping the fluid and ear ringing I've had since December would go away and it hasn't yet. I'm not sure what I'm going to do going forward, maybe some variation. I also think ill see the chiropractor. I do feel overall less inflammation, I think... Hang in there. I felt worse, not better, for the first week. Ringing and fluid in the ear does not sound good, and I didn't start off with any health issues, so YMMV. Seeing the chiropractor is probably a good idea, especially since they will be more likely to support/have good input about a cleanse than most MD's.

It's not really 'health' issue? I've assumed allergy issue, or intolerance issue maybe is more accurate. I've been to the MD about the ringing... Ruled out any infection or other cause, she just wants me to go on nasl spray and allergy meds, while I'd prefer to see if I can find a cause. I get really loopy on even over the counter meds, more than usual... anyway, I really do feel old now, going on about symptoms ![](http://images.proboards.com/new/wink.png) not a big deal, but why the cleanse I picked was a little different.
