Yes, about 8 inches which is almost as much as we got during all of last winter (a travesty here in New England!)
Butter or margarine?

neither - mayo vs. Miracle Whip. I will grudgingly use as much mayo as needed to hold the mixture together without actually impacting the taste when I mix salads (rotisserie turkey salad tonight, actually) wood floors downstairs (except the tiled half bath and space in front of the fireplace) and carpet upstairs (except the tiled full bath) vanilla, or pretty much anything else other than chocolate. was your college Division I for sports? (yes, I'm a bit distracted this week....)

Hardwood except for a runner on the stairs to the second floor. If you went out to dinner spontaneously, what type of food would you choose? Fast food? Italian? Asian? Diner? (Neither Mayo nor Miracle Whip. One DS is deathly allergic to eggs.)

Not as bold as they used to be, but not neutral. Unfortunately if its spontaneous, probably salad... It's at least half hour drive to a restaurant with a gfree menu How often do you go to the movies?

paint colors - mostly neutral. I painted over a coral I really liked in one BR for the same neutral tan when I was renovating to sell last winter. movies? rarely. I'd guess that 4 of my last 5 trips have been Pixar flicks, and those aren't every other week. what is your go-to "aw, shit, I have guests!" sort of meal? the kind that you always have ingredients on hand for.

Paint colors neutral except kitchen...I like it bright. The other rooms, it's easier to change decor color with neutral walls.
movies...once or twice a yr....tooo loud, hurts my ears & I'm hard hearing.
Guests....burgers & fries, chili, baked ziti w/sausage....I have all kinds of goodies in the freezer that can be fixed fairly quickly. And frozen cookies too.

Rural or urban? Right now I live in city limits, but it's a small town, and everyone considers it rural.
ETA: had to start wearing glasses when I was 16, went to contacts at 18, got lasix a few years ago, LOVE IT!!

if you are a coffee drinker, do you make a cup at home before you leave for work or do you stop somewhere along the way? I am not a coffee drinker but DW is. I make her a 4 cup pot in the morning for her to have before she leaves the house and send her off with 8 cups worth of fresh ground coffee for her to brew at her office. What is your dream trip destination?

Dream trip destination? The WWII trip I'm planning to take with DS in about 2 1/2 years. We will see several countries, France, Germany, Austria, Poland, and maybe several more. It would be even better if I had a ton of money Have you ever ridden a horse?

What is your biggest "guilty" pleasure in life? At this point, it's probably being able to come home from work and "sneaking" into the house without the dog or my son hearing me. Then plopping my butt on the couch for the next half hour and watching something or playing on line before getting up and being a "mom" and making dinner, letting the dog in, etc.
Did you ever make "mud pies" as a kid?

I made mud pies and pies with expired mixes of some sort or other if mom came across one in the pantry. I have no flower gardens, I do have a couple of plants but they fend for themselves mostly Do you actually remember all 4 of your grandparents?
