Angel, you are doing so good! How is everyone else doing? I'll admit, I haven't worked out for a few weeks due to a long bout with my asthma. I was cleared by the doc last week, however, so back to it!

I am still at a 5 pound weight lost, but this class I am taking is making it hard for me to work out. Grrrr...I need to find more time in my day.
I have 20 days until Barcelona. I NEED to get back running ASAP.

I'm down about 13lbs for the year, so far. still more to go. I have yet to make it back to the gym since getting back from my cruise, and I'm sitting here now watching snow fall outside my window, I've got about 6". guess that means I can't plan for outside walks/jogs any time soon. in the works - I signed on for a summer hockey league that's a higher skill level than I play all winter. that should be good for an ass-kicking once a week.

is it ok that the goal keeps changing? no- not adding new goals - but changing or ....say updating the goal? so for now the goal is to maintain and not gain!
