$.25/hr as a carhop in the spring/summer of 1955. Plus tips. On a busy evening, tips usually amounted to $2 or $3. It was big bucks for a high school job back then.
$15.73/hr when I retired in 1990. We worked 37.5 hours/week but got paid for 40. Time and a half kicked in after 44 hours, and I usually worked 60+ hours a week.

I own a side-business and have certain busy periods. This day was my busiest day of the year, combined with the fact that I sent out an email to my customer list to spur more activity.
I made about $7K in profits within 1 hour. It was literally unreal. My merchant account called me to verify the activity was legit.

Does salary negotiating count? Cause adding another $2500 to my annual wage when I got hired took me about 2 minutes.

Are you only counting regular jobs, or literally any income you received? As a day trader, my income per hour varies with every trade. I think the most I ever made on a per hour basis was somewhere around $240,000 per hour. It was about $2,000 in 30 seconds. That of course is the extreme end. I average about $30,000 per hour but my work only lasts a couple minutes at a time. If you count all the time I sit in front of the computer, which means I can't be doing other things, then it comes way down to a reasonable average of only $500 an hour. It all depends how you look at it. Some days I'm futzing around on here until noon or 1:00, which means I'm making less than $300/hour.
ETA: When I was at my regular job I was making between $65/hour and $130/hour depending on whether it was a regular day, holiday, or overtime.

What about prizes won on gameshows?
Although, the winnings are slightly inflated as they didn't take any taxes out.

If the OP allows you count it, then I say you count it before taxes. I believe we are posting highest SALARIES per hour, which would be pre-tax.
