Same way in my family... my poor sister especially got the shaft because she was only 11 months behind my brother. I'd say for every 100 pictures of me, there are 40 of my brother and maybe 2 of her.

In our family, there aren't many snapshots of the youngest, but our parents got a movie camera when the youngest was born, so there are reel after reel of movies of her - rolling on a blanket, rubbing cake on her face, etc. The older kids mostly stand in the background and look awkward.

I know I'm going to Hell for this, but I also didn't have nearly as much time to take pics of our second child. When our second son asked about where the pictures of him were, I pulled out pictures of DS #1 and told him they were of him. All babies look really similar, right?

I think it's OK when you have kids of the same sex. I have a boy and a girl. My kids would call me on that immediately.

Ava, if these people don't like interacting with each other, then no good can come from trying to force them to.

Thanks for all the answers and ideas I would say they don't like interacting too much, probably. Most of the workers are recent graduates who stay in this department for about a year and then either get promoted or find something better. I don't intend to force anyone to do anything. It's just an idea and people who want to participate can do it.

I took lots of pictures of all three, but never got the film developed. Too lazy or just forgot.
