I don't know. My experience with people like that is that this rarely works. He will just find something else to be ticked off about and make their life miserable. And, he isn't going to just go to the condo association in the future just because you "make a deal". He might a agree in the short term but then he will just move onto something else instead. I don't think we should cut down a beautiful 100 yr old tree just because someone who doesn't even own it decides they don't like it. Most likely the tree predates them.

If a tree is on your property and falls on someone elses house, it is their insurance that will have to pay. Whether you knew it was leaning or not.

I mean, we are supposed to control all the trees now? If you are buying a home and there are trees around you and they are not on your property, then aren't you aware of that when you buy or move in?
