S&P gives it 4 stars accumulate and the fair value is 5C+ with 5 being the most undervalued and C meaning it will likely meet analyst estimates. The + is an indication the price trend is strengthening. They have a fair value price of $36.60. My price target is $33.92 and the average analyst target is $25.06. The dividend yield is 4.48%. A concern for the company is the move to on-line retailers.

2&10 sure had CGA's last second Friday sell off nailed....the option thing. They did buy it all back today. Had no cash on deposit with Scottrade, or I could have made a nice quick turn profit today. In it Long Term for sure. Should have a four-bagger (or more) by 2015. ;D

'ole Blue, these 3-4 China small cap RTOs are so beaten down for over two years there is high probability that they cannot get much lower. They have survived the huge short attacks, tested the claims of fraud and manipulation by insiders, and are still growing. They still, of course, are subject to the rules and restrictions imposed upon them by the central and provincial governments of China which is always a major concern and high risk. So if they are not still falling, just perhaps they can survive and prosper with time.
It is not for anyone who is risk averse and cannot afford to lose. So, if enough high risk players are willing to buy and hold, perhaps things will work out. It's a back alley craps shoot, and with luck one might hit their "number"
