Ok, I'll explain, hopefully simple. (I've had to do this before on another thread). Any alumni or patron of University of Notre Dame is called a "Domer". One of the symbols of the campus is the Gold Dome atop the administration building. With that there is a mural off from one end zone near the football stadium they call "Touchdown Jesus". Along with the mascot "Fighting Irish". All of these are hopefully recognizable symbols for Notre Dame. Does that help somewhat?

Let me tell you a little story: I went to St. Joseph's College in Philadelphia... where Jack Ramsay played basketball before going to coach the 76's to an NBA championship. One day (just after they had won the championship) I was walking across campus and saw a sign that said 'Jack Ramsay day' and I asked one of the other students 'who is Jack Ramsay ?'. The guy I asked wrote for the student newspaper and I was profiled in the student newspaper as typical of students 'without a clue'. Gold Dome? Never heard of it.

Thanks. You're playing my song. Never heard of St. Joseph's College. Must not have a football team.
