Sounds like a drywall router. I don't know that I'd particularly want the 50' cord on this one, but it's the first one I happened on.

For detailed work on my decoys, I use an Ottoflex, but it's strictly a bench tool; the motor hangs from the ceiling above and a flexible rotary shaft hangs down. There are a lot of handsets available to hold rotary tools. It's kind of an oversized old fashioned dentist's drill.
