Well it IS frustrating! Not just for you but for us as well. When you are working hard and trying to eat right, it would be nice to see that it is working. When the scale doesn't move,it is frustrating. That is not the reality though. Relax Angel and weigh yourself once a week or once every other week. You can't weigh yourself in hyper drive and expect instant gratification. It does not work that way.

UGH! But why? That doesn't seem fair!!! So between breakfast and lunch I had 435 calories. I went to the gym and burned 235 calories between the treadmill and rowing machine. I also did leg lifts and crunches but have no clue how to calculate calories burned so I am only counting what was burned during cardio. ummm you also shouldn't trust the machines to tell you how much you've burned. they are notoriously off. if you want accurate numbers, you need a heart rate monitor. and stop being obsessed with the scale. it's going to take a while to lose such a small amount. you should focus on building muscle (which burns more calories so you can eat more and not gain). Make sure to eat enough protein and fat - that's what keeps you full.

The scale wasn't moving but the measuring tape didn't lie. I only weigh myself about once every 6 weeks or so.

I don't have a thingy to measure myself. I will look to see if they have one at the PX tomorrow. One good thing about putting on weight...my boobs are huge! Of course they will be the first to go when I lose....

I weigh myself at least three times a day. Kind of obsessive, I know. It's kind of fun though. I'm lightest in the morning, and heaviest right before bed. I use it to help me monitor slow progress, but I don't worry a whole lot about what the scale says. I'm trying to go the other way, and keeping on the weight has been my biggest challenge. Just for fun I gave up red meat three weeks ago. I'm down almost ten pounds. I guess thats good for me?
