I'd give you more karma CL but you're at a magic number. It's the thought that counts. ;D I got one more since last I looked, it was a stealth hit, I thought I was supposed to feel it and enjoy it!

Well, for those who guessed, #3 is true for me, I have never left North America, #2 was close to being true, we had 3 exchange students live with us at times.

One more for me: 1) I forgot what I was going to use for #1 so I wrote this instead 2) My last/first/only fist fight was with a boy 3) I went to Europe after I graduated HS Ok, to be fair only 3 was false but I really did forget what I was going to use on 1 and didn't feel like thinking that hard.

Okay - I've got time for another one: 1. Ex-husband told me he bought me a couch, why shouldn't I still stay with him? 2. Ex-husband told me he didn't think it was a big deal that I was gone for 3 days before he wondered where I was. 3. Ex-husband told me he was the greatest bass-player ever in the history of music. #2 is right! If anyone read or remembers my story on STL's thread, I think I mentioned it there. Although all 3 are "kind of" true. 1 - Ex actually said that to the marriage counselor we went to after I left him. 3 - He never said this, had several bass players he looked up to, but did highly imply that none of the other band members he played with were as good as he was.

3 (I called the cops; no emergency) is true for me. Granted, I was about five at the time And technically it wasn't me that called. But I got the blame anyway.

Ooh, I have a good one.
1. I've been cheated on. 2. I've cheated. 3. I've been the person someone else was cheating with.

Hmm, Firebird, I am going with #1, I seem to remember a story at one point, but I might be totally off base.

Number 1 is false. He was famous only in his own mind. Although he did make it into the Kansas City Star as one of the most stupid rapist he was not known world wide.
My answer is # 2 is true. I was volunteering with a women who had no business having reptiles let a lone an alligator at a fair. She,and most of her helpers, wandered off to find food leaving me with a hungry alligator. One little girl tried to pull him out of his tank and i had to wrestle him back down in it.
Number 3 is partly true. They actually lived six blocks from the BTK killer,and even attended his church. I also meet him,and he was as nice as the news castors said he was. I remember being shocked when he was arrested.

I spend most of my time here at EE, but I see so many EE'ers posting here, and this is a fun thread. I know most are not here on the weekend, so I'll leave this for you to play with on Monday;
1. At one time, I had a job as a truck driver.
2. At one time, I performed as a professional wrestler.
3. At one time, I performed as a stand up comedian.
ETA; I won't be back here until Wednesday at the earliest, so I'll check on your guesses then.

I play this as an icebreaker with my students on the first day of school, but it's two truths and a lie. Their responses are so boring. I usually have to guess how many brother and/or sisters they have. ("I have 2 sisters.") But whatever. My two truths and a lie usually go like this: I am 58 years old. (They believe that one easily enough.) My favorite color is purple, but I never wear it. I have twin grandsons names Zac and Jack. Let's see if you can figure it out.

Susana, I say your truth is that your favorite color is purple. I'll go again. I've been kissed by 1. my college history professor 2. a former boss 3. a Catholic priest (You all are going to know too much about me! )

Waffle, are you playing two truths and a lie or two lies and a truth? On my part, the lie is that I have twin grandsons named Zac and Jack. They are five-year-old cousins whose parents must hate the grandparents.
