Waffle gets it on the first guess. Wow. Have I already told that story on here? Not that I recall - just sounded like something you could have been mixed up in during your "misspent youth".

I wish that I had backpacked around Europe when I was only 18. But the truth is, there are only 3 employees in my office, and 2 of us share a birthday. I am 1 of the 2. A few years back, I forgot her birthday.

Dark - I was going to guess #1. Just because I know you grew up disadvantaged, and it reminded me of that Jimmy Buffett song. I'd never believe you would try meth.

Answers to mine #3 true Declared dead only once Wal-mart only put in $375,000 before I noticed something wrong. Shot at more on the streets here in the good ol USA than anywhere else in the world. ...thank you for your service...

My truth was B - I once let a homeless person stay in my house. Said person was only 8 years old and staying with me shielded her from ever knowing that she and her mother were homeless. In good YM fashion I told her mother that she could not stay in my house. She was an adult that got herself into the mess and she needed to get herself out. ...aww...

Kittensaver's Val Kilmer story reminded me of my brush with celebrity.
Which of these is true?
1. I talked to LeVar Burton about star trek when I was sitting next to him on a plane. 2. I was in a room with Woody Harrelson when everyone was telling their how they lost their virginity stories. 3. A college friend had backstage passes to a Jackson 5 concert and took me with her. ;D

My answers: 1. Is true. I was out with a friend and we gave another couple kids a ride home from a party or something. It's like 1 or 2 in the morning. One of them was really really drunk, so we stopped at a closed gas station to let him puke in the parking lot. For some stupid reason after he did he picked up a rock and threw it through the glass door, then hightailed it back to the car. We drove off. After we dropped the drunk idiots off we were heading back to my house I think, and when we passed the gas station realized that there were still no police cars. We parked nearby and watched the place for a while figuring it must have an alarm on it, but the cops never showed up. So we went back to his house and got ski masks, because we figured they must at least have a camera in there. Then went back parked the truck nearby, and headed in to grab all the booze and smokes we could hold. We made like 7 or 8 trips, filled the back of his truck with alcohol, cigarettes, and assorted munchies. We used it all to throw a huge party later, where his mom's house got completely trashed.
2. Was an almost. My best friend from when I was younger came out to visit when I was 12. I watched him snort meth in my bedroom, but declined when he offered me some.
3. I've only borrowed without asking first (steal has such an ugly connotation) cars that belonged to my mom and uncle.

I takes me about 2 days and around $75-100 for materials - what I would spend if I was picking off a bridal registry. I have fun and save them a ton of money. In my world, cheap multi-tiered cakes start at about $375 and escalate up from there. The chi-chi artisanal cake designers and studios charge $8 to $15 *per slice.*

We were supposed to go but my rich kid friend's ride by private jet fell through at the last minute. I've never met LeVar Burton - I do have an aunt who met him at a fund raiser years ago and got his autograph for me. After years of moving that stupid piece of paper from place to place, I eventually threw it out. #2 is true. It was before he was famous. After I saw him on Cheers I remembered that evening, but couldn't for the life of me remember his story.

Yay, this is fun! I won't bother guessing since most of the answers have been posted (remember, you can go again if you've already posted some!).
1. I lost my virginity to a rapist. 2. Babybird is not my first pregnancy. 3. DH is not my first husband.
