Move over band geeks, here come the jocks!!! I ran track a few years, played softball, volleyball, and swam. I was on the swim team for 5 years in HS, and then swam in college.

who says you can't be both? I swam my sophomore year and did field my junior and senior year. I wanted to do field hockey, but my mom wouldn't let me because it conflicted too much with marching band.

I was in the band, but also did softball and basketball (yuk....I got recruited because of my height but I was terrible and our team was terrible). I did private swimming club, and was on swim team in college.

School ping pong team, basketball, volleyball, soccer, swim, roller skating. I am still very athletic My interests have shifted though. I do more of rock climbing, zip lining, canoeing and white water rafting. I lead the ping pong team for my company in corporate tournaments and I play basketball occasionally.

I'm with Jen. You can be a geek and a jock. I lettered in track and played soccer in a league outside of school. As an adult I ran 10 k's for years.

4 year letter earner in football and made the state all-star team for my school class in football, also wrestled, worked and helped on the family farm. Geek as well, graduated 4th in my class with a 3.9 gpa or something like that and earned medals nationally at science olympiad.

I was on the swim team and in cross country for a couple of years. Not very good at either.
Now I'm in roller derby. Better at that. ;D (We won our first home bout last weekend!)

Track and Field from 6th grade through freshman year of college. Cross Country in high school. A variety of other sports in Jr. high. I was also in the band (although we did not have a marching band because we had no football team) and a whole bunch of other things. Keeping busy took away the boredom of high school.

I never thought of cheerleader as a sport. Did that in HS as well as college. Did college gymnastics for one year.

I got hit in the head with a ball...
pretty much every time I tried any sports.
It was really odd in cross country.

Softball and field hockey in high school. Nothing in college - too much to do between schoowork and a part-time job for three straight years. Adult - run, cycle and swim, the last one competitively.
