I'm going with AGNC long, It's been going up slowly but steadily since Jan. It is a mREIT up about 13% for the year and paying about 15% dividend. I've noticed that the REITS seem to go up every time Europe scares people.  |

I'll saddle up TQQQ this week.
He'll probably buck me off in a day or two.
My system is no good at this game. I'm either long or short, but rarely do I stay the course for an entire week! Not when the Greeks, Spaniards and Italians are voting anyway.
I did have a nice spell back in January/February when I could just ride the long horse.
These days I have foot in the long stirrup, but I'm quick to jump on to the short one when conditions change.
As an aside... Does anyone other than me think it's just ABSURD that the concept that anything that happens in Greece can really have a material effect on our, US economy? For sure it affects the Greek people, but other than olives in our martinis, what does the world get from Greece?
Ok... I'm done.

FDO (Family Dollar Stores) (Long)
It closed Friday at $73.26; but also went x-div.
52 wk. high/low is $74.73/ $44.42.
Family Dollar was founded in Nov. 1959, headquartered in
Matthews, N.C. & they have more than 7,200 stores across
45 states. 52,000 employees.
This is the 5th year for their stock moving upward; but it's
probably not a good pick for just a 5 day contest....but we'll
know by Friday, huh? I'm hoping the momentum from recent
action might continue.......I did a "compare" chart between
FDO, DG, & DLTR. Very similar, but the lead changes depending
on how many months selected for the chart.

I've been in Athens a few times, on my way to Saudi Arabia. On one trip, they were turning over cars, & there were huge banners "Kissinger-Murderer".. That was a few years ago. That may have been the trip, we waited about 10 days to get our Saudi Visa. Our engineers (in Athens) told us that there would be no wait....so we didn't get them in N.Y. prior to leaving U.S. .... MEMORIES. Now back to the contest.
