relations every day might be a good one, but DH pisses me off too much. I guess since we're moving, I could pack every day for 30 days. That sounds so terrible.

LOL.....the "have sex everyday" reminded me of "Everybody Loves Raymond" episode when Ray and Debra are trying to conceive. Debra starts making moves on him and Ray complains that he feels like a piece of meat. He DOES NOT enjoy the OT attention he has been recieving from Debra and is sick of having sex.
Seriously though, do you all can really have sex every single day for 30 days? It would become a chore for me if I was so anal about it......

swasat, I definitely don't want or need sex daily. I'm sure DH wouldn't mind, but 30 days of daily sex would make him think it was a regular thing and I'm not doing daily sex for life.

I just finished 28 days of no sugar, caffiene or gluten in the diet - was tough and I admit to a few cheats, but I also lost 17 pounds without much in the way of new exercise.

I love my kids. I even really like them and like to spend time with them. But, summer vacation starts in about 30 days and then it will be back to "kids:24/7" like when they were little. I think I'll do one thing *I* want to do without kids each day for the next 30 days, even if it is sit for a few moments in total silence.

Actually, I had this on my original list. If I didn't put it in the OP it is because I'm shy and demure. I also really like the declutter one. One drawer, one cabinet, or one little area per day - I might have some real progress. About the writing a note each day - love that one. There was a guy who wrote a book. His story was that his business (maybe law practice?) failed and he had a huge box of letterhead with an invalid address, but the letterhead was really expensive. So, every day for a year he wrote a thank you note to someone. He wrote a letter to his children saying how much he appreciated them, and he wrote a letter to his starbuck's barista to thank him for the great service over the past weeks/months (whatever.) Crap - this is a bad recall - here is the link to the book he wrote... www.amazon.com/365-Thank-Yous-Gratitude-Changed/dp/1401324053

I thought of another one - 30 days of finance. I have a list of things I need to do to get my finances shaped up - review budgets, review investments etc.

actually Thyme...I thought it would be much harder than it turned out to be. I was too cheap to buy a new wardrobe and the pants were tight, so losing the weight turned out to be the easier option.

I like the declutter idea - I am going to adopt that one but begining in June otherwise I will most assuredly fail given this month still has school and little league.

That sounds really interesting. Any recipes, sites, or books that you found and liked to get ideas? I would be totally lost otherwise.

@taz - it was easy - chicken, brown rice, quinoia, fresh salsa (tomatos, onion, cilantro, lime juice, garlic), fish, eggs, berries, granny smith apples, any lean meat really. I made lots of turkey chili and salads. Breakfast was a protien shake (with rice milk), lunch 4 hours later (no snacking in between) and was often a bed of lettuce with brown rice or quinoia topped with chicken and salsa and berries on the side. Dinner 4 hours after lunch. I roasted a chicken and turned it into all kinds of stuff - chicken chili, chicken tacos, chicken salads etc... I thought it was going to be the caffiene that killed me, but it really wasn't. After week 1 it was easy peasy and it really worked. Forgot to mention there was no dairy either - so it meant my chicken tacos were on corn tortillas and without cheese.
