Finally said to my doctor- I've had headaches my entire life. I'd like it to stop. Doc sent me to PT. PT gave me some great exercises but also told me to check my chair (I'm tall). Said if you can fit 3 or more fingers between the end of the seat and the back of your knee, your chair isn't supporting you properly. Talked to my boss and ordered the big and tall chair (only way to get a longer seat base). I went from having a headache almost every day to having maybe 3 headaches a month. I am no longer terrified of being without ibuprofen.
Absolutely amazing quality of life change.
