My title is Sr. Admin Assistant, but I have somehow been tricked into doing marketing, graphic design, specifications, and tech writing. I think I need a raise!

Office Manager does seem right for what you list.
Operations Manager seems an odd title to apply to Shasta's job - In the manufacturing realm an Operations Manager is in charge of the manufacturing floor, supply chain, and logistics.
I worked for a company that had 'meaningless' titles for the US because they were aligned to European titles. I put my company approved title on the resume and then "/" and the market appropriate title for the job. Just in case the HR screener is not looking at job content during their review.

I did the same as RockIt when I was looking for jobs 5-6 years ago. My official title was Administrative Assistant but my actual job duties were more of Office Manager. I was even referred to as Office Manager and Bookkeeper in the reference letters I recevied from my boss and the new owner's CFO. My catch 22 was if someone just did a basic check and called. All records said admin and I didn't want to risk something assuming I was lying so I listed my title on my resume as "Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper" or "Administrative Assistant/Office Manager" depending on the job I was applying to.
