Totally unskeeved. I wish my hubster was online and we could "board" together. I think Dark and Loop are really cute. Same here - but DH only wants to hang out on the fishing forums. This board is much more fun. ;D

Well yeah, and that part I understood, I thought at least one person mentioned being weirded out by the two of us talking on the boards period. I didn't bother to remember the name, because quite frankly I don't give a damn, but I'm pretty sure at least one person mentioned it. One person? More like multiple people - and no I don't remember who either. But wtf do I care? We're former IRCers, this is more natural than talking over the phone for us.

Well now that Loop is on "the List" I am not skeeved out by you two. But I will admit when you guys first started posting I thought you WERE Loop...and just pretending it was your wife posting. I mean...you are weird enough to do something like that...

He does okay playing a pissy male though... Sorry that DD is still having sleeping issues. Did you try a fan in the room? Not yet.. that would require purchasing a fan. I don't think it's the noise though. She's freaked out by something, but won't open up about what. We know this because Dark is a softy and has been letting her sleep in my bed while he sleeps on the couch.

Our woman, it's OUR bed. I know you hog most of it and steal the covers, but half is still mine!

We saw that over the summer, and just last week my 8 (eight!) year old daughter came out of bed and said "I can't stop thinking about the scary part in Toy Story 3" - the scene where they were in the incinerator. We let her hang out for a while and told her some dirty jokes - she was good after that.

I think she's having nightmares about something, and she's too scared when she wakes up to go back to sleep easily. She won't talk about it all though, which is kind of worrying me. This is the first thing she's ever refused to talk about. I keep finding her in bed crying because she can't go to sleep. She says she's just frustrated that she can't get back to sleep, but if I sit with her, or let her crawl into bed with Loop, she stops crying and is back asleep in no time.

I know nothing about kids, but my first thought is that maybe she's afraid of losing one or both of you? Don't most kids go through a stage of that? Do you know if any of the kids in her class lost a parent, or read a story about it maybe? Or maybe she saw something about parents dying on TV or in the news.

She signed up for softball a few weeks ago, but it hasn't really started yet. She has try outs tomorrow. If somebody is picking on her, which she says isn't happening, I'm going to wallop the crap out of them if I find out. I don't care if they are 10.

I was just mad because I planned to take a day off work the following week so we could throw out all the toys that the kids never play with. And here is a story about how sad the toys will be, and that they will be burned alive.
We delivered everything to the babies down the street, and then I went back later without the kids and took everything they didn't want to Goodwill. Thank god for helpful neighbors!

Holy crap! That's what I was dreaming about. I remember a little bit of it. Somebody was hurting the kids. I can't remember if Loop was in it or not.
No wonder I've felt a little violent all day.

I feel like punching someone in the face every day that I have to get up early (which is pretty much everyday since I have to medicate the ADD kid before it gets too late in the day). Does that make you feel better?

Not really, I still want to punch somebody in the face. It does make me feel a little bad for you though.

Meh, I'm used to it. I don't get to sleep good until about 2 or 3 every night so when the alarm goes off around 6 I'm pissed. I usually get over it. Unless I'm PMSy too, then you should feel bad for the kids and DH.

We have unlimited text, but I type faster on a real keyboard than the tiny one on my phone. If it really bothers you guys I'll stop though. I know some people were skeeved out a bit that Loop and I are actually married and both posting to begin with. No... we were skeeved b/c we thought it was you pretending to be your wife and talking to yourself... Even when some thought that I wasn't skeeved. My skeeved out bar is quite high. I wish DH would board with us too. His head would explode though! He's can't even keep up with one conversation without getting confused and I don't think he'd get most our humor. He's in engineering after all. He would require detailed plans and diagrams, and charts, and algebra... <<shudder>> By the time I explained it to him we'd have 12 more topic changes.

No, I don't think boring is the word he would have used to describe me. Maybe more along the lines of He just didn't know what he had.
