So today I looked at my toiletry stock. It looks like I have...
Woman's shave gel Men's shave gel
both have to be sensitive due to dry skin of both the kids.
Body Wash Lotion Shampoo Ladies deodorant (me and DD don't care about brand) Men's deodorant (DH does need name brand) Soap Toothpaste Razors Floss
and it is getting low. Get suave from walmart but wow body wash is expensive. Like to keep soap on hand as sometimes DS uses it, right now it is Irish Spring. The razors DH picked up on sale are horrible. Lotion we have some open and again DD needs aveeno for her eczema but I don't care.
Toothpaste we are fine oh and no extra toothbrushes so need them.
What should be my game plan?

Look for sales.
What stores do you have in your area?
Do you have any store that will double coupons?
Better if you can combine coupons with sales.
Best if you can find a sale, use manufacturer coupon, store coupon and pay with reward points.

What should be my game plan? Here's what I'd do. Spend 5 minutes grabbing "low hanging fruit" coupons. For instance, shaving cream always has coupons, ever week. Go to Walmart, buy everything you need. You've got a long enough list here to warrant a trip to the big box. Ignore the clothing, housewares, electronics, etc departments. If you don't actually need all of those itmes, buy what you need along with the week's groceries. Breath a sigh of relief that this soul sucking, life draining, time robbing chore is complete. Go enjoy the rest of your life.

This time of year, I like to use the high value coupons, combined with my store cards to buy items at as little cost as possible. Then for stores like Rite Aid, Walgreens, or CVS where you have the potential for loyalty rewards- I use my rewards to buy more!

Not sure what stores are in your area, but right now Kroger is having some great P&G deals - get $4 off 4 and there were also some manufacturer coupons in the paper. Yesterday I was able to get some Old Spice body washes for $0.49 apiece and some Olay for $1.49. Check with your local stores to see what's on sale soon and then post a Hound Alert for any coupons in the GC thread.

I miss Kroger so much! Giant and Safeway suck badly in comparison.
