I picked up the holiday coupon book at KMart. It has MCs for Philly cream cheese, Welch's sparkling juice, and Stove Top. Dancin, do you want the Stove Top coupons? They're 50 cents off 2. I believe they expire at the end of the month. I also still have some Spam coupons if you're planning to get more. For some reason I've been able to print a few of those.

MissPT: Thanks. That answered my question. I didn't know if they processed all the other q's first so that your final total had to be $50, or if you could hand them that q first, and then the others.
I think I'm going to get as may Curel lotions ($2.99 ones). If I purchase 18, that would be @ $54.00. I don't have any q's other than the $10/$50. But that should get me 9 $5 gift cards, plus the $10 gift card. Using the red card would take $2.70 off--just about covers the tax actually. So, I'd be getting the lotiond--which we go through like water around here. All 3 females have very dry skin.
I can then turn around and buy $55 worth of groceries for the month. With other q's I can probably get around $80 worth of stuff.
Fingers crossed that this works and that they have the stock!

Just got back from Target. They didn't have 18 $2.99 Curel so this is what I did:
8 Curel lotion 2.99 x $8 = $23.92 1 Arrowhead sparkling water: .99 + .10 CRV = $1.09 2 Ghiradelli Peppermint Bark 3 oz candy bars: $4.00 3 Disney vitamins (70 ct--a 10 vitamin bonus): $12.12 (on sale for $4.04 ea) 2 Dove travel size deodorants: .97 X 2 = 1.94 3 Kashie heart to heart cereal: $2.99 x 3 = $8.97 3 bananas: .72 (I was starving and a banana is a good choice for this Lifetime Weight Watcher!) Total: a little over $50
I gave them the $10/$50 q first and he gave me the $10 gift card. I also got 4 $5 gift cards for the 8 Curel.
Minus fllwg q's: 2/$1 Ghiradelli Target q's: -$2.00 1/$1 Arrowhead IP q: -$1.00 3/$2 Kashi Recyclebank q's: -$6.00 2/$1 Dove IP q's (no size restriction!): -$2.00 3/$1 Disney vitamin q's: -$3.00 $2/3 Disney vitamin Target cat: -$2.00 Total all q's: =$16.00 Red card discount: .44 Bag discount: .10 Total OOP: $37.02; received $30 gift cards. It wasn't how I originally planned but not bad. We needed the lotion and vitamins anyway (yes, my adult children love Disney vitamins!) I'll put one vitamin in each of their Christmas stockings along with a lotion for each of my DDs.
According to the Target receipt, I saved $49.19 between sale prices, q's, etc.. The retail value of above was $86.21. If you take into account my using the $30 for some free groceries, the value will actually be $116.21 (more when I use q's with the $30 gift cards). That's around a 70% savings--again more depending on how I can play my q's. Take that Extreme Couponing! And it's all stuff that we will use! ;D

MARSHALLS DEAL ALERT - This deal might be regional, but my store had tons of boys US Polo Assn shorts clearanced to $1. I also found Levi & other shorts clearanced to $2-$3. I definitely stocked up for DS & my nephew. So far, his summer wardrobe is growing beautifully & I've spent under $30 OOP for everything he has thus far.

Has anyone tried to use the Target coupons with prescriptions? I'm planning to try this. I looked at the coupon and didn't see anything preventing me from doing that.
So for the Curel you get a $5 gift card for every 2 you buy? I'm sure my store is out of those then but I'll check.

Did someone here get a ton of Tic-Tacs? I'm thinking of that guy in the news that built furniture out of the Jell-o boxes he got for free.

My first thought was the sales tax alone would make me nuts. Not to mention how my kids would act after they ate them all.

If you are accumulating $10 CG's from CVS. This coming week is Indiana Popcorn. 2/$5 in my ad. If you like them on FB, it appears you can print an unlimited amount of $1/1 coupons.
I love the kettlecorn! Sorry if someone already posted this.

I love the kettlecorn! Sorry if someone already posted this. p8nt: AWESOME!! Thanks sooooo much for the heads up. $30.00 (12) Popcorn Indiana - 5.00 $5/$25 (an old one, but they're still taking them) - 1.00 Popcorn Indiana CRT -12.00 (12) $1/1 IPs -12.00 EBs 0 OOP --> Get a $10 GC ;D The best thing is that I'm trying to close out this card. I have one more $5/$25 after this one and then I'm done with it. So far, I've gotten $20 in GCs over the last two weeks with very little in OOP. This will make it (3)!! ;D My store has been pretty good about stocking the stuff for the $30 GCs, so I'll be going in at 5:00 tomorrow evening to see if the new prices have been entered into the computer and "get 'er done". Thanks again.

Oh crud. I forgot a new month was starting. And I guess suzi is not around. Is there anyone else that wants to start the new thread? It's pretty easy, you just copy and paste the first post from this month's thread. Anyone can do it. It doesn't HAVE TO be me.

True confessions...thanks to a couple people on here generously sending me Tic Tac q's, I bought a LOT of orange tic tacs (meaning free - we have no sales tax here) when those q's came out. I am only mildly embarrassed to say I polished all those Tic Tacs off pretty much by myself. (I think my husband ate one box, while I ate -ahem- many more than that lol.) I am glad they are gone though, because it's better for me to not eat so many of those!

I'm glad you were able to keep your OOP low...and also you should have been able to accumulate more pts to get you towards gold from the $4 Prevacid and $1.50 Maalox mq's.
