LOL ummm no. I was much lower body fat when I was competing and I'm actually probably about where he is BF wise right now but much more muscular. So......  |

LOL!  fam, I'm sure Dr. Pig knows is extremely knowledgeable about health/fitness, and I would love to be able to pick his brain, but I know what works for me. ;D ETA: Dr. Pig, I don't want to be more muscular, but that's awesome for you.  |

This really all depends on what your goals are. I seen GREAT results from P90X. I seen very good results from people who were fairly fit as well. I did it too.. I also did Insanity too.

The diet looks good.
I like doing exercises and want to develop my body to be able to do any exercise tossed my way.
I reviewed my friends program and I'm going to order it...especially for the core exercises.
