You can eat anything every day and lose weight. Use portion control. 1 cup has about 220 calories. There are tons of different kinds of cheeses. Almost all are great sources of protein so don't cut it out if you want protein. Simple solution is to supplement with protein powder/pills. Everything is "ok" to eat. Some will say yes but I don't think it makes a shit bit of difference. Most will say carbs in the morning and pre workout and protein post workout. I think any advantage to timing macro nutrients is negligible. I am not a runner and hate running so I can't help you here. This is a question that's impossible to answer. You will, in general need to be about 8% and below to see your abs. You can get abs by starving yourself and doing no exercise. You can get abs by eating McDonalds and increasing your exercise output. Again it's impossible to answer. You're welcome.

thanks for the answers Pig. Another question for any runners. I ran on Monday and had a bad headache after. I ran today and also have a bad headache. I thought it might be from being too hot. Monday I drank some before I ran, and a little over a half gallon as I ran, then some more afterwards. Today I drank before, a gallon during and some afterwards. Can I rule out being too hot or dehydrated? Why do I get headaches after running? Usually I never get headaches, maybe one every couple of months. Sounds a lot like dehydration if you are getting headaches after running. And drinking just before or during the run does nothing to help it. You have to drink before the run, like the day before, for it to be actually useful. Look at your pee about an hour before the run, especially a longer run, and it should be light yellow to clear. Do you run in the mornings? Try to avoid middle of the day runs, early mornings or evenings are best depending on work/other schedules

It seems these are fairly common. I was going to ask if you have high blood pressure. Heres a copy and paste of a generic article on them.
"I've heard recently from several runners who were complaining about splitting headaches after their runs. It's no coincidence that they're all getting post-run headaches this time of year.
Headaches during or after running are fairly common, especially when running in warmer weather. They could be attributed to one or more of these factors:
Dehydration: Headaches can be a symptom of dehydration, so make sure you're drinking enough before, during and after your runs. A basic rule of thumb is to drink 6-8 ounces every 20 minutes during your run. But use your thirst as your guide -- if you're feeling thirsty, you should drink.
Sunlight: Bright sunlight can be a headache trigger for some people. To help prevent headaches (and protect your skin and eyes at the same time), wear a hat with a brim and running sunglasses when running during the day.
Exercise headaches: If the headache pain is on both sides of your head during or after a run, it may be an exercise headache. Exercise headaches occur more frequently when running in hot weather or high altitudes, and among those who have a personal or family history of migraines.
The exact cause of exercise headaches is unknown, but they are usually harmless and can be treated with over-the-counter pain medication. You may be able to prevent them if you avoid running during the hottest part of the day. If you start getting exercise headaches along with any of the following symptoms, talk to your doctor: Headache lasting longer than a day, loss of consciousness, rigid neck, double vision, vomiting, headache on only one side of the head, or the first episode of exercise headache occurring after age 40."

All I can add would be watered down gatorade and water dense fruits.
People who work in the desert states have a hydration schedule of 1 qt. of water or 1/2 water/gatorade on waking and a miniumum of 1 cup of water or water/gatorade every hour and end the day with 1 qt. Neglecting the hydration schedule will equal sick.
