Thank heaven for kettlebell training. Knowing how to lift properly is priceless when slinging sandbags for several hours a day. The new experience is the Missouri River could flood our subdivision at a depth not known since the l960s. Then the 200 percent of normal mountain snow pack will begin to melt. Daily, Montana is getting record rain fall draining into the river system. We're skewered but we just don't know when.
Improvement, I have overcome my flat bed trailer envy.

225 push ups is amazing Genuine GA Peach! How many could you do at the start of the month? Did you follow something like hundredpushups.com/index.html or did you make up your own training plan? Shandi - sorry...been away for a while. to answer your question: When I started, I could do maybe 5 or 10 at a time. I tried to do them throughout the day. Eventually I got up to 30-35 at a time, several times during the day. I've slacked off on them so I've gotta get back to it. This morning I went to the park down the street for a run. On my cool down lap, at every bench, I stopped & did 10 push-ups (total of 100). Because of my shoulders, I have to do modified push-ups, but I do them fully extended...just inclined. The incline is much lower than when I started, so that's improved as well. I read a comment from a trainer that you'd get better results doing an extended incline push-up than a floor push up with knees on the floor. From my experience, I'd say that is 100% true. This month, my 'something new' is curtsy lunges.
