About 3 1/2 months ago, I started a personal finance blog (http://dailymoneyshot.blogspot.com). As I grow my blog, I've been thinking about the readers and what they would like to see. So I figured I stop by here and ask you all this question--what topics/ideas/information do you like to read about on personal finance blogs? What makes you keep going back to a blog? If you participate in giveaways, which ones do you participate in? I'm also working on moving it from a blogspot to a .net (the .com was taken ) and will have a bit more freedom in the design and layout within the next couple of weeks. Please note that I'm not so much asking for a critique of what's already there as I am trying to get a feel for how I would like to procede in the future. TIA!!!

Stand back. I have a budget, and I know how to use it.

I like what I have seen so far in your blog. I am not into cookie cutter blogs...
Speaking of which- I need to write a post for mine...

I'm about personal lives... what someone is actually doing, how it affects their family, cheering with them when they succeed, giving advice when the fail... Those are the blogs I tend to stick to.

Thanks for all your feedback. And thanks for reading! My fear is that I become one of those boring, repetitive, cookie cutter personal finance bloggers.
It's good to find out what others are thinking.
