ahhhh .. in this version it's not too easy.. unfortunately.
for me, since i use firefox, i right click on the quote button for the first person i want to quote, then choose "open link in new tab". I do that for every post i want to quote, add my responses, then combine it into one post.
the other way to do it would be to click the quote button, then copy the contents of the reply box into notepad, hit the back arrow, and do it again for the others.. again, add your responses, and combine it into one post..
the NEW version, whenever it comes out, will make it much easier...

I have FF too and your instructions totally made sense. I tried it real quick and saw the tab and how it would work. Once the tab is open, it's fairly self explanatory what to do methinks. Thanks again!!! ETA: I just used the open tab new link when I wanted to modify my previous post to include a quote. It was smooth.

It's official - MSN boards are now down. I went in there and tried to get into a few, and all I get is a blank screen.

JC great to see you and welcome. We've one other person posting here from the future too. England to be exact. Hey Bud! Glad you got the link here. Didn't seem as the though we could post it long enough for you to see it before it would get deleted.

Hi jc200. to answer your question, i am from gods own county, Yorkshire, now what part you might add. Well i am living in the Socialist Republic of South Yorkshire, but in spitting distance of West, North and East, any more information you require you will have to get permission from my Mum, god rest her soul. Todays weather is a bit mixed, sun, rain, wind, sometimes all three together. Can't grumble though, no buildings are being blown down, no one is flooded yet, and there is no danger of anyone suffering from sunburn.

Kay, nice to see you here. I'm still learning the ropes. Apart from these 'Refugee' threads, there seem to be some interesting things on the Everything Else threads.
Jackthelad, I have a friend in York (York and New York, really don't look anything alike...lol), with who, unfortunately I haven't kept up with over the past number of years. Great guy, he would rant and rave that all the royal palaces and other properties should be turned into orphanages. He also claimed to be a descendant of vikings...the wild ginger hair part fit, but he was all of 5'4". Always entertaining to listen to his condemnation of the 'capitalist power elites'.

Moonbeam, it's a seaside resort in East Yorkshire, a great place to take your kids for a holiday. Skegness is affectionatly known as Skeggy by the Yorkshire people. We are spoilt for choice in Yorkshire, there is also Scarborough, and Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay, and numerous smaller resorts.

Robert (not Bobby) You are right York and New York are as different as chalk and cheese, York is really old, with a wall going round the old city. Your friend with the ginger hair sounds more gaelic than norse. York is famouse for it's viking roots, there is a museum in York called the Jorvic centre. I think the Romans settled in York well before the Vikings though. Did you know that Dick Turpin the famouse highwayman was hanged in York, if anyone was hanged at York, it was called the drop of York.
